e) Administer parachute technician ratings

f) Approval of rigid helmets and protective headgear

g) Development of technical standards

h) Conduct High Altitude Training Course

i) Issue Safety Directives

j) Approval of the format of parachute records

k) Designate Parachute landing areas (PLAs)

l) Authorise Parachute Drop Zones (PDZs)

m) Authorize each persons parachute descent
