Refund Policy

We accept no liability for any Content contained on the web site. We do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of Content. You alone are responsible for the Content of your postings and any consequences of any such postings.

FEE REFUND/CREDIT POLICY
Exams
Our acceptance of an examination application and fee signifies that a contract has been entered into by both parties to provide and undertake the examination.
Where a candidate applies, and is accepted, for an examination and then advises in writing (ceo@nzpia.co.nz) five or more working days before the date of the examination, that they no longer require the examination, NZPIA will refund to the candidate 50% of the relevant fee.
If a cancellation is made less than 5 working days before the examination and a valid reason is not given, there will be no refund or credit of the examination fee.
A 100% fee credit will be provided for a valid late notice cancellation

Note: To qualify for a medical or compassionate fee credit the candidate must advise NZPIA (telephone 07 3457173) of the reasons for not sitting the exam.
Note: Under no circumstances will the Company accept the excuse that the candidate is not properly prepared for the examination.
Goods
Please choose carefully, as we do not refund if you change your mind.
If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
