This exam is for an initial issue Parachutist Certificate with B Endorsement (recreational).

If you already hold an NZPIA certificate and want to add a B Endorsement, DO NOT DO THIS EXAM; do the "B Endorsement" exam instead.

This exam is designed to test your knowledge of basic parachuting safety as well as rules and responsibilities associated with recreational skydiving. Each exam purchase is valid for ONE attempt only. If you fail the exam, you must purchase it again.

Once you have passed the exam you must complete the practical requirements and submit the online application within 12 months. If you do not submit an application, you will not receive a certificate.
