REFUND POLICY

FEE REFUND/CREDIT POLICY

Exams

Our acceptance of an examination application and fee signifies that a contract has been entered into by both parties to provide and undertake the examination. Where a candidate applies, and is accepted, for an examination and then advises in writing (ceo@nzpia.co.nz) five or more working days before the date of the examination, that they no longer require the examination, NZPIA will refund to the candidate 50% of the relevant fee.

If a cancellation is made less than 5 working days before the examination and a valid reason is not given, there will be no refund or credit of the examination fee.

A 100% fee credit will be provided for a valid late notice cancellation

Valid reasons for cancellation include:

  • Medical disablement
  •
  • Compassionate circumstances

Note: To qualify for a medical or compassionate fee credit the candidate must advise NZPIA (telephone +64 (0)22 624 5903 ) of the reasons for not sitting the exam.

Goods

Please choose carefully, as we do not refund if you change your mind. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
